[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the weed Wacker combo edger oh my God I love it so easy to use made well, its light as I have had back surgery with over 10 screws in my back ,and I love yard work, this makes it so I can do my yard work and not suffer after, I love my weedwacker and edger combo cant say enough about it

I ordered the spools for life and received it quickly! Best part about it was I only had to pay shipping and got 6 spools much cheaper than buying them in the store and fast!

Terrible spools

I bought a Worx trimmer then paid shipping to get the spools. They are terrible, the string always gets stuck and I can’t restring it because the string seems melted down and you can’t pry it up. I am returning the trimmer today. Guess I lost 10 shipping cost to get the spools.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Valued Customer! It's unfortunate that your grass trimmer fell below your purchase expectations. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer. We understand that this product did not work for you, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your review and experience.

I have purchased 3 Worx battery operated trimmers, one for me & two others for friends. I absolutely love the trimmer and have had mine for years now. When Worx says they provide replacement spools for life, they mean it. I have ordered these spools a few times, not just for myself. All I pay is the shipping. Feels good to not only get a great product but to work with a company who stands behind what they say.

I bought my worx GT trimmer/ edger over 10yrs ago and being able to order new spools qhen I'm running low is great. They always arrive quickly and keep me going so I can keep my lawn well manicured.
