Great cord!

Spool indexes well. Somewhat limited supply.
Durable cord. Lasts a long time if you stay off of concrete.
Easy to add additional cord, but not necessary with WORX Free Spools for Life offer.

Battery issues

I bought this a month ago some thing I’ve always wanted to because I heard WORX was the best and after reading the comments I was a bit leery about getting one because of some of the battery issues I read some people wereexperiencing. And I just happen to be one of the lucky few that had issues with the battery. It arrived I was excited I plugged it in to charge it and after two or three hours no charge or minimal charge after a week same thing after a month same thing so yeah the battery I received with my order never went past the first level of charge and then when I finally did use it it lasted maybe 20 minutes 30 minutes tops. Needless to say I’m a little disappointed in the quality of the battery of this product I still want to continue to use Worx. matter fact I may buy a lawnmower hoping I have better luck with battery issuesI purchased the Trimmer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worx offers a 6.0 Ah battery that provides an even longer runtime. That is longer than the 4.0 and the standard 2.0 Ah battery. Convenient but iffy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is convenient and cost effective but wish they were wond better. I have had to unwind and rewind so they will feed properly.

We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.

Kind of wasteful use of plastic.

The pre-spooled packs are nice for quick replacement but they don’t hold a lot of line. The shipping cost is more than one would pay for a roll of line that is 10 times bigger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great cutting string

String cuts great. Winding on spool is not consistent and sometimes gets caught under previous rounds which stops it from feeding. That and slow delivery make me rate it lower.

It's a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these in the mail came early but it would appear that the preloaded spools does not be for my weedeater they don't fit or maybe I needed to order a different size but was able to undo it and load it into my original spool

The WA0014 spools will fit grass trimmers WG168, WG184, WG190, and WG191 only. The dual feed spool is for our corded electric trimmers only. All other trimmers will use the WA0010 Spools for Life. These can all be found on the WORX website.
