as you will see, I have had a number of stashed reels for my worx trimmer. So now that I am out, I need to know why the spools are no longer the helix. This one you have is ok, but nothing like the original. Am I missing something, I don't know. Please give me an update to this please.

The reorder lifetime spools keeps saying use only letters when I try filling in the form!!! Will not let me reorder!!

I have never experienced any trouble with these spools. It is a time saver to be able to buy & use the pre-prepared spools. It is a smart decision to include a cap as I've lost one when I didn't get it properly snapped in place .
