Reorder spools

The reorder lifetime spools keeps saying use only letters when I try filling in the form!!! Will not let me reorder!!

I have never experienced any trouble with these spools. It is a time saver to be able to buy & use the pre-prepared spools. It is a smart decision to include a cap as I've lost one when I didn't get it properly snapped in place .

The most disappointing part is that the reels do not empty completely. I feel I am waiting merchandise but you do provide reels for life so I rationalize that way.
