Not Really Free for Life and Not Really Worth It

We only buy these spoils because they are supposedly free for life for our edger/weed trimmer. You still have to pay a hefty shipping & handling fee which has gone up over time. You’re limited to only one 6-pack now, but in the past I’ve purchased up to two 6-packs. My most recent order would only allow for quantity of one. Also, the line used doesn’t hold up very well or melts…just feels like we are constantly changing out the spool or having to stop and “fix” it. This is why I would like to be able to get multiple packs in one order.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, just to let you know, the giveaway date on yard equipment is listed as May 31, 2016. I think someone
mistakenly typed in a 1 where 2 should have been. Mistakes happen! Oh, well. I love that I can get free spool refills for life! I really, really love it. I have a WORX trimmer/edger that I've owned and used for at least 6 years and have never had 1 bit of trouble with it. I have replacement batteries and a battery charger and all have been great and reliable. I would recommend WORX equipment to anyone.
