The Spools are the best part of the Trimmer Family. I have been an owner for over 5 years now and am on my 4th 20 Volt trimmer as the body of the trimmer right where the left hand handle attaches has broken every time on every unit. My wall hanger in my garage has 3 repaired, Duct Taped, back ups to the newest model that hasn't broken yet. The oldest is a frankenstein of 2 units before going to the dump. The only thing I would strongly suggest working on is the strength of the plastic housing around the Handle. Also your promotion has a 2016 date for the drawing. You might want to change that so you don't look silly. Thanks and I look forward to being a customer of yours for a long time into the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my weed eater and blower for about 5 years now and it still works like new. Every year I order new spools for the weed eater. The blower is quite powerful and delivers what it should deliver. I would recommend workz to anyone. It's great by and last a long time.
