Really disappointed! I own 2 weed wackers and had one of the original ones until it basically fell apart. The free spools used to be so easy to order, but the last few times the website makes it nearly impossible to order the free spools. Attempting to checkout is difficult and then it pops, “Something’s wrong, please try again later.”
I would not refer a friend to Worx because no one should be subjected to this website. Definitely not user friendly. I assume that the company hates giving free spools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These spools come in a very timely manner which is great. Thus our lawn is quickly trimmed. We enjoy and appreciate all of our worx tools …. It makes yard work easy…we own the trimmer, hedge trimmer, blower, and chain saw. As seniors we are easily able to take care of our yard…. Would love a lawnmower maybe in the future.
