Spools were shorter one was completely off the roll, this is not like worxs, quality control dropped the ball

wish worx would let its followers get 2 pkgs of the spools instead of just 1. 1 pkg at a time is so inconvenient

I have received the 6 free spools least 3 times. I was quite disappointed the last time, 3 of the spools were unwinded and I had to put in work before I could use them.

Really disappointed! I own 2 weed wackers and had one of the original ones until it basically fell apart. The free spools used to be so easy to order, but the last few times the website makes it nearly impossible to order the free spools. Attempting to checkout is difficult and then it pops, “Something’s wrong, please try again later.” I would not refer a friend to Worx because no one should be subjected to this website. Definitely not user friendly. I assume that the company hates giving free spools.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had forgotten that I have refills for the weedeater I bought from Worx free for life. It was a great discovery when I just went out to get refills this year!
