I have had to rewind the spools because the string can cross over the spool and the string sticks to the bottom layer.

Please ensure that your spools are being stored in temperature controlled areas, such as a kitchen drawer, or an A/C controlled garage. Due to the spool line being biodegradable, if it is stored in extremely hot areas, it can begin to breakdown and not function properly.

4 stars because they are free! However, I have had some issue with them being 'stuck' on the spool, too tightly wound, and not advancing so I have to stop and remove the spool from the trimmer, pull on the line to get it loose on the spool again then reinsert it. Would be great if this issue could be solved. Thanks.
