We purchased the tool and your company offers free replacement, with shipping cost is all. We have a large property and this cordless trimmer is great for cut ins and small job, but we go through quite a bit of line, so this service is really a nice feature!

This is the first weed trimmer/edger that I have really enjoyed using due to the ease of changing out the spools. I have had my WORX trimmer since 2019 and have not been disappointed on receiving Free Spools anytime I am running low which makes this product even greater. I will not own another trimmer/edger as long as this one is around.

I have a number of other worx products that work great. I bought this expecting the same. After three used the spool cap broke rendering it useless. It hardly cuts grass the line is so thin. Live and learn- shopping for a heavier duty trimmer...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
