THE LAST TWO BATCHES OF FREE SPOOLS I HAVE RECEIVED I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH ALMOST EVERY SPOOL. THE SPOOLS SEEM TO BE WOUND UNEVEN CAUSING THEM TO BE SNAG AND BREAK WHEN ADVANCING LINE. I HAVE TO REMOVE THE SPOOL TAKE A NEEDLE NOSE PLIER AND PULL THE LINE FREE AS IT IS EMBEDED UNDER A LATER PART OF THE ROLL. I THEN UNROLL THE ENTIRE SPOOL AND REWIND IT AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS AFTER THAT. THEY MUST BE BEING WOUND UNEVEN WHEN PRODUCING

We have been a Worx customer since 2019. We have several lawn care items and additional batteries and chargers. Several of our neighbors asked about Worx and purchased trimmers/edgers.
