I do appreciate the usual quick order turn around. However, almost every 6 pack I have order has had at least one (or more) spools that fail. They so tangled that they become trash. I always keep an extra one in my pocket in addition to the one on the machine. The string works great, but it is a hassle to stop and deal w/ the fails
