[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this timer line many times. However this time I can’t because this it got stuck in shipping. Although not “Worx” problem. I still can’t use my trimmer. So far I haven’t gotten any help from Worx or from Fed Ex.
I would recommend this to a friend!

10 years ago I purchased 10 acres of land. Recently widowed, I had to learn to mow and learn to operate a weed eater. My dad gave me his weed eater and I pulling that string trying to start it was not something I enjoyed. One night I saw an infomercial about Worx . I read the reviews and it sounded like something that would work for me. I ordered a blower and a weed eater for 100 dollars. One of the best things I’ve ever purchased. Both are still going strong. The batttery is as good today as it was when I purchased it. I just go on and order the free spools when I need them. If you are a single woman then this is for you. It’s lightweight, easy to change the string, and you just push a button to start it.
I have a number of WORX tools and find them to be of good quality. My latest is their cordless lawn mover which after two cuts it is providing me with excellent cutting of my lawn. I also have one of their trimmers which allows me to trim after the cut and provides free spools for the trimmer.
These spools consistently break making it extremely difficult to get an end out of spool. Especially if you still want your fingers!
Replace please. I have two spools unusable because I can’t get an end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
