The quality of worx is very good!! I have had a blower and weed eater/edger for several years and they have held very well. I get free spools for the weed eater when I need them and you can't beat that.

trouble ordering the free spools for life

I have been having a horrible experience with the online order. I'm trying to order my free spools for life and it keeps getting stuck. I have tried the chat and it gets stuck. I also tried calling and you can't speak to anyone. I have tried for over a month. I have never had this problem before. What is going on? the products are great I'm just having trouble lately getting the free spools.
