The spools are great! What would be nice is some sort of a container or attachment that would enable me to hang them on a hook. That way I would not misplace them. Also, being able to see them would enable me to know when to reorder.

I have been very happy with my Worx trimmer. The free spools for life has been an extra bonus. The last order seems to have been lost, a Fed Ex problem not Worx. When contacted, Marjorie Cerna worked with me and quickly reordered spools. Very satisfied and grateful for the excellent service.
