one spool failed by sticking and breaking. would not extend without stopping and opening then flew out of the trimmer. Put in another spool and inwas working fine. The first spool probably almost trimmed 20 feet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had my WORX products over 9yrs and they all still work! I have the hydroshot,Weed trimmer,2 blowers...one with the bag and mulches that's electric and one works with the battery. ALL are working perfectly! I definitely recommend them. Also,the trim come with spools for life!

Not there correct fitting, not sure why they sent these to me however they were free they do not fit my model and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to understand so I just gave up and through them out although they are free for life.
