It's a Hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've experienced the same issues as others...the thread constantly breaks. You have to constantly stop and unravel, etc ... I have to use 2 spools just to complete the job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the spool for life program. This benefit alone saves you lots of money. In addition, the product is top notch.
I’ve been a Worx tool user for 11 years. Their products are well made, they provide a great performance, and last forever.
In addition to the weed wacker with my spools for life, I also have their leaf blower and the 21” self-propelled lawn mower. I won’t ever go back to gasoline again. It’s powerful and I can do my entire front yard and still have about 50% battery life remaining.
Also, just recently purchased a replacement battery (original from 2014 was no longer holding a charge very long). The 20V 5ahm battery is super powerful and last forever.
Keep up the great work Worx team!
