I purchased a Trimmer / Edger several years ago ( 5 years ). The quality of this item is remarkable as I have never had an issue with it. It performs as advertised, actually better than advertised. The 20 Volt batteries hold a more than ample charge. Coupled with Free Spools for Life and it is truly an unbeatable deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Working with the last batch received, the line would unravel from the spool so instead of getting shorter it would get longer. I needed to cut it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality of this product has gone down a great deal. Line breaks off easily and line often sticks on spool, like it is melted together wasting some of the line. I really like all of the Worx products and have many of them but the replacement line for trimmer has become subpar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Worx products for 11 years. The battery weed eater is the best! Free line for life and whenever I order it I have it within a few days. I also have the electric saw which is so easy to use and works great.I was very skeptical of using the saw since I have never used one before but after using it the first time, It was easy to use. I have had no problems with either product and if they ever do play out, I will definitely get another Worx product.
