They ship them out fast and we have never had any problems with them. Ordering is easy and they ship out right away so we have them when we need them. Where else do they give you strings for life and all you have to pay is the shipping? The trimmer works great after using it for two years.

I like the flexibility of a trimmer/edger contained in a single unit. Changing from one to the other is a very simple process that takes seconds. My house is on a small property (1/4 acre), so the battery charge life is fine for my needs. Changing out line spools is a very simple process as well. I like the convenience of having the line spools delivered to my house. I would highly recommend for smaller properties, but cannot comment on large properties.

The last two orders I received were less than good. Some of the line looked like it was melted together. Could only use part of three spools before I had to throw them
Out. I was used to better quality what happened? Why can I only get six spools at a time I have a business and use three a week so now I have to find another method to get my work done

Best Trimmer Line Avaiable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using these for (14) now and they work. The line is tough and one spool lasts me one to 1-1/2 years. Don't have a large lawn, but not small either. Cannot go wrong with Worx products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second works trimmer.. I love it. Got low on replacement spools. After ordering - it took much longer to receive them as in previous times. Luckily I ordered replacements before was completely out.
