Last batch was subpar

I’ve had my trimmer awhile and I love it because it’s not heavy or hard to operate . Gotten the spools several times and the last batch I got was terrible and most I didn’t get to use up fully because the line keeps breaking and I can’t get it to come off the spool on some . My sons been using his gas powered one to help me out . Re ordering spools and hoping I get get fresh fully useable spools this time . Free or not still costs me to get them delivered and if I can’t use them up then it’s still a waste of money !
And why do t you recycle the empties Worx - seems a waste throwing them out !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This string is perfect for my weedwacker have owned it for over three years and it is still going strong. Line holds up well and the spool is easy to replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I am new at weed wacking and "mechanically" challenged, I can tell anyone who is starting out, these little spools are easy to replace. It is also convenient that they are shipped to my home without me having to search stores for them. Great product.

I'm on my 3rd weedeater/trimmer. The other 2 I've given to my daughters. It's nice that the spools are interchangeable from 15 years ago. I just keep upgrading so I gave the others to my daughters. The free spools are great 👍.
