[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our weed wacker for sometime now and the convenience of just going online to order a new set of SPOOLS - FREE FOR LIFE is awesome! The product always arrives in a timely fashion and we have never had to reach out to customer service. Being a 'little old lady' I find the product (weed wacker) a real gem to use and work with.

I have to admit I was skeptical when I purchased the lightweight battery operated trimmer but it works great. I find the features helpful, and the replacement string last along time. It rips through tough weeds easily.

The spools work perfectly. I admit I could have just re-spooled them myself but at the cost these save time and are a bargain. I must also say that my WORX products are super and their battery life is excellent. I have other power equipment by EGO and their batteries are super expensive and a nightmare; they stop working and cannot be repaired. WORX is awesome!
