i only recceived 5- spools on last order and could not grta battery for mymower 16 in. takes mowerbattery wa 3216 24 volt power tank battery drops down on top of mower need new battery could not get helpi have 8-of your tools help was terrible

I never had a problem before with the spools but the quality of the ones i received is not to good. They break so i am using more than normal and they seems to be thinner. I may have just received some bad spools.

Can't believe I get spools for free! With 4 acres to edge I need to do a lot of trimming so lucky for me they are free.
