[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no issues with your great product. But your choice of shipping company sucks,......really sucks. 2 weeks to get my 6 spools of line. I wouldn't mind getting a new trimmer edger but I'm afraid I won't get it till fall and then it'll be useless to me.

Great to get free spools but HIGH shipping.

I totally forgot for the 1st year I had my
Worx trimmer I could get free reels of
trim string. A family member reminded me
so I took advantage of it but, in my
opinion, they charge a high fee for shipping a
small plastics bag weighing “maybe” 1/4 pound.
