Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.

Finally Delivered

It took an extended period, but the spools were delivered a day after I posted my previous review, 22 days after the original delivery date. I am glad to have them, and I have used Worx tools for years and will continue to do so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
