Whenever we need more spools I order them and they arrive normally within a week, no questions asked. Sometimes you send me a reminder when I should reorder them. We love the weed eater and use it all the time.

the string seems to be a little weak breaks often

Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of the line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of the line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.
