First, the spools are so easy to change. Getting them for no charge is amazing. I do wish that there was a program to recycle them.

We own 2 of the WORX trimmers for our large lawn, they really get the job done. Knowing that we can get our FREE spools quickly, and for life is an added bonus. WORX is an innovative company that looks out for the consumer. I am always amazed at their sales which are often and include new products.

Vacuum was great at First

I bought one of your vacuums about a year ago. I only used it a few times in the car and it worked great. I cleaned it out and it will start for less than 5 seconds and turn off. It still looks brand new but I can not use it. Help me , please.

Easy to use!!!

These free replacement spools are so easy to use, no more bulky spools of line that always tangle and are just a pain to use just pop in a replacement spool and back to work!!!
