Tool is great but free spools degrade

Free spools for life are a great incentive and no issues with first year of using it. But lately the spools seems to degrading quickly. Three spools within the pack were not usable & line stuck together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Valued Customer. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of the line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of the line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer. I was given the battery operated weed eater ( free string spools for life) as a gift 6 years ago. Best weed eater I have ever had. So easy to start and super lightweight. The string spools just pop in and have never broken or gotten caught up on anything. The wheels make it so easy to get under bushes or to do edging. I absolutely love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better Than the Imitations

These spools work the best. I've tried other imitations spools that did not stand up to the Worx spools. They last longer and don't break off like the others. Tip: when loading spools don't let go of the line. Keep your finger pressed on the spool while loading. This will insure that the line automatically feeds.
