[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great deal for having line spool's ready for use at your fingertips. I've rewound line spools before, and it takes time to make sure that you wind the line on the spool evenly and not too tight. Spool winding takes a lot of time. Having spools that are rewound, ready to go is a real time saver for me. Six spools will last me through the mowing season. I love it because I only have to pay for shipping.

Tool is great but free spools degrade

Free spools for life are a great incentive and no issues with first year of using it. But lately the spools seems to degrading quickly. Three spools within the pack were not usable & line stuck together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Valued Customer. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of the line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of the line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer. I was given the battery operated weed eater ( free string spools for life) as a gift 6 years ago. Best weed eater I have ever had. So easy to start and super lightweight. The string spools just pop in and have never broken or gotten caught up on anything. The wheels make it so easy to get under bushes or to do edging. I absolutely love it!
