We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.

The spools are gr8, the trimmer is just ok. It keeps separating where the plastic meets the medal. It has since i bought it 4 years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
