[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was great at first. Had it for a week now. The battery is good, it's light weight and comfortable to hold and handle. But as I was using it may be around half hour I ran out of line. I had only touched the button up by the handle maybe 4 times. To make a long story short, ran out of line again. Come to find out that the line automatically feeds out every time you start and stop. Now if you have a big yard you'll find yourself starting and stopping all the time, thereby running out of cutting line very quickly. This is not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! The Free Spools for Life package (WA0010) is benefit we offer to our customers. We ship a free six pack of spools to our customers when they cover the cost of shipping and processing. The two pack of spools (WA0004) is a package usually sold at local retailers. It’s a convenient way for customers to pick up spools without having to wait for a shipment.

I own the GT 170 trimmer. These spools do a very good job edging my lawn and cutting down the heavier stuff at my tree line.
I would recommend this to a friend!
