[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great deal getting free spools, they contacted me to reorder awesome. Now isn't that a great thing, free for life when buying the trimmer edger/mini mower.

Spools don't last long

Even though we are getting free spools and just paying shipping. These spools aren't lasting long at all. I've gone through two spools in the last two times I've had to trim grass. I think the quality of the line in the spool has gone down.

Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of the line very delicate, and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.
