I am a 75 y/o woman who has used this product for 6 years and the quality has remained the same with each six pack purchased. Reorders arrive in a timely fashion and I have no problems with the spool line in my trimmer. I have used them consistently to take care of my 1/2 acre property.

I bought the WORX Edger and Trimmer for my husband roughly three years ago. The best gift I ever bought him was something that was easy for me to use so I could take some of the yard work off his shoulders. I love the simplicity of maintaining this tool, and the "Free Spools for Life" is such a deal! Whenever I need replacement spools, I just click the button and they're there on my doorstep in a few days. They are so easy to change and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Free spools for life is a great marketing tool. Just wish I could recycle or repurpose the spools. They work well and last long. Tuff grass and weeds in Louisiana and it gets the job done.

I just received another 6 pack and hopefully they don’t keep breaking. The last package I received wasn’t that great I wonder if there is a shelf life.
