[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have reordered 2 times,& always a great price,& received in 4-5 days.Better than the “Big Box stores” prices,& a better value of spools.I love my Worx GT,& I have purchased 2 extra batteries,& a dual rapid charger, so I can trim my grass,& blow it off with my Worx blower. Keep up the good work. Thank you from a WV fan of WORX !!!

While the spools are free, shipping is still a cost. Sending just six doesn't last long (six was a max). Spools are small and get used up quickly, and some lately have had issues with how they were wound and came apart halfway through use. Shipping wouldn't cost much more if more spools were added. Wish spool would last longer and/or order would include more.
