No Longer Trouble Free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] spools for years were made well and worked great. Recently the last two orders have been troublesome. String will not auto feed or manual feed with using button. String is fused together in places requiring taking out spool and manual fix. Hopefully they will fix the problem. Would not recommend unless manufacturing issues are fixed.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spool line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer. Hope this helps!
