[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received free spools on multiple occasions and have to say they are a great perk!! Long lasting and easy to replace. I would never go back to my gas engine trimmer that was so difficult to feed replacement line. This is a great product!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

shipping costs way too high

the shipping costs for just 6 spools is way too high ... and allow us to purchase more than 6 at a time for these high shipping costs ...

This is a great benefit! I wish the price of the shipping was more reflective of actual shipping costs, but it still beats the price of the spools if I buy them at my big box store.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Item is very poor string break use up very fast the cost for shipping is outrageous now the package only coming with for rolls not six

Thank you for sharing your experience and review. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer. Please contact our Solution Center at 1866-354-9679 for the missing spools in your package.

Great product!

My husband and I split the yard duties at home, he mows the grass and I do the weed eating. I ordered the weed-eater and loved it. It makes it so easy for me and I love that it is so easy to switch around and use as an edger too. The spools are very easy to switch out as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
