Free replacement spools

This is my second WORX GT trimmer, the spool that came with the unit lasted a month, (4 yard trimmings or more). I purchased the free replacement spools and they barely last one yard trimming and I have a very small yard, it will trim about 3 feet before the string breaks off. Just wondering if Worx change trimmer string supplier?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No, sorry. It may have been a bad batch. Please contact Customer Service at 866-354-9679. We can replace them for you.

Trimmer line is horrible

Worst trimmer I've ever used. The first set off trimmer line worked great ever set I've order after that has been the worst. I trim 2 ft and it all breaks off. Can't get anything done. They are clearly going very cheap. Don't get this trimmer.

I am not happy with the free spools. Some don't fix the workout. I don't know if it is a defeat in that spool?

POOR workmanship

The spools were awesome with the ones that came with the trimmer. But, all the new ones that I order in the last year have been a pain in the neck. They are constantly breaking. Not lasting very long at all. Before I could use one spool for months, now I use one for every yard job. PLEASE, improve the cord.

I've had mine over 2 years. It's great. The battery charges & I can edge & weed eat 2 yards on a charge (I don't leave the battery on the charger past being charged). Easy to use and to switch out the cartridge. And they're free to replace! Just pay shipping!
