I called and customer service gave me great info on this product. However they didn't tell me it would go on my credit card. And even though it was a hold amount it still went on my card. .It did drop off but not the point, I only asked about this product and in no way did I even get close to placing this order. So unhappy and never will call them again. I rate Good per the reviews I read.

Does better than I expected

I read several reviews before purchasing. I went in thinking this would be just barely what I needed for quick uses(I have a gas powered backpack style blower for bigger jobs) This lightweight blower really surprised me. I was able to do our walkway, 20x65 driveway, and large patio with one charge(on level 2) It’s so small we like to keep it right inside our front door. Love it!
