Dependable quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago, my current lawn vacuum/mulcher had a faulty on-off switch. I bought the Worx mulcher because of the dependability and quality I had found in several other Worx products I had bought. I found the system to be well built and a great product for the price

Vacuum Tube too short

This yard vacuum seems to be designed for someone 5 foot 6 inches or less. Its a back breaker for someone over 6 foot since you have to hunch over while using it and the bag weight increases. It would a 5 star if there was a 10" extension that could be added so I could use it while standing fully upright. The actual vacuum and blower are very good but the design in not ergonomic for someone 5"10' or over. I would not recommend it to anyone of normal height without an extension.

Great tool to clean up beds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this about a month and used it to clean up the nooks and corners of the gardens where raking is impossible. Works great and reduces the leaves to a fine mulch.

Problem with the TRIVAC 2

This product has more than a effective amount of power, pickup capabilities and blower strength but it's bag design is what makes this tool ineffective in many ways. The bag; even though it is large enough for most jobs; has a design flaw that makes it difficult and frustrating to use. Where the bag coupler connects to the bag there isn't a good solid throughway just a weak set of flaps sewn within the connection. This allows debris to catch and clog up the flow into the mulcher part of the machine. You need to stop every few seconds and try to adjust the debris before continuing. Because of the weight of the machine and the constant cleaning out the collar this product; as good as it could be; is a failure in most yard cleanup processes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does the job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live on an acre lot with lots of trees & subsequently, lots of leaves. Much of the area is covered in large landscaping river rock and the leaves would get stuck in between. The TRIVAC 2 worked well to blow the leaves out and then to vacuum & mulch them.
Suggest that you use ear protectors as it's pretty loud. A shoulder strap would be nice, as the TRIVAC 2 does get a little heavy after awhile. The on/off switch is a little stiff so it can be difficult to use. But all in all the TRIVAC 2 did the job it was advertised to do.
Have a video of my using it with the collection system on my phone but, sorry, I couldn't figure out how to send it on this email :)
