Disappointed. Bag zipper falls apart.

The product does its job and mulches large piles of leaves into much smaller compact piles. Blower has plenty of power. The issue I have is that the zipper on the bag came apart from its stitching after two seasons of use. I have a total of five trees in my yard and used the product each fall to gather those leaves. I am certainly not over-working the unit or the bag. It would seem to me the zipper would not fail like it did and should be made well enough to zip and unzip thousands of times without falling apart. When I called to ask about it I was told the bag is a wear and tear item and is not covered under warranty but they could sell me a new one. VERY disappointed in Worx not standing behind their product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had potential to be good product

Broke the first time using this. The plastic tube completely broke making the whole blower not useable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome power

I can't keep up with a rake or the small blower I have so I gave the WORX a try.
The TRIVAC 2 has awesome power in blower mode as well as vacuum mode.
I used my shop vac once & it doesnt compare. Made my job much faster.
We just put down Artificial grass because the trees & leaves kill the grass.
The picture shows what 1 day of leaves looks like. I can blow those into a pile & vacuum them up very quickly now.

Clogs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mulcher is horrible!!! It clogs after about five leaves get sucked in. The tube is too small to effectively suck up anything. About 40 minutes into one small, dry pile of leaves I have up. So sad.
