Purchased this item a couple of months ago. This unit with the barrel adapter reduced our leaf collection time from all day to approximately 4hours. I was happy with the price and quality of your products.

Love the tri-vac have owned mine for over 2 years I just wish you would come out with one that is battery operated getting tired of dragging the cord.

Couldn't Believe It !!

Purchased this because I can't afford the "Billygoat" I really want so I didn't expect much out of this unit. Was sure it would disappoint like most products these days. Must give credit where its due and its due here. Been putting this thru the paces for about 5-weeks now and I am really impressed. I am rough on all my tools and don't care if they break cause I can usually fix anything. This thing is well-built and just keeps on chugging. Highly recommend using the trash can cover/hose because it fills the included side bag too fast. You can go and go and go almost endlessly using the unit connected to the hose/trash can combo. This unit actually makes a mundane chore into something you don't mind doing.

High powered suction and blower

I purchased this to deal with this years leaves in NE Ohio. I have use the mulching feature to fill 9 bags of compressed leaves so far.... some dry some wet/damp... This machine inhaled and mulched the leaves and small debris with ease. I have owned similar electric munchers, none performed as well as the Worx.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Greatest tool ever!!!

I had the occasion to order a new bag for my WG500 (original Tri-Vac) and I had to go to my file to see which model I actually had in order to enable me to order the one that would fit my Tri Vac. When I located my owner's manual (I always write the date of purchase on the front of the owner's manual, and I was astounded to see that I had this fantastic tool for 10 years already, and it still runs like a dream. Makes "raking" a joy, because I don't have to rake anymore. The only thing that needed replacing was the bag since the powerful suction caused a hole next to the import area. I sewed it up and taped it for reinforcement. I'll still be able to use it as a backup, but with the new bag I got today, I'm looking forward to spring cleanup!!! Thanks Worx for providing quality, labor saving tools for the everyday home owner. Since this was the original Tri-Vac, the upgrades have undoubtedly improved with design changes, and I own several other Worx products because I trust their products to make my tasks easier.
