Very Nice Leaf Mulching

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to assist with leaf pickup. I got the model with the all metal mulching system and that seems to work well. I get a lot of leaves that collect at my curb and storm drain and it did a nice job sucking up and mulching the leaves. I also like the variable speed control for dialing down the power when using it to suck up leaves in my mulched flower beds. I'm quite pleased with the product.

The speed control is a nice feature, but I didn't get the power I expected when blowing using the fastest speed setting (6). I find myself using my gas powered blower more often for bigger cleanup jobs around the house. In regards to vacuuming and mulching, the TRIVAC works well. If you have other debris in your yard (that gets mixed in with the leaves) such as small sticks, mulch, etc., it will suck them up pretty easily too especially since it has a medal blade. I have to agree with others regarding the bag strap. It's not long enough. I'm 6', 250lbs and can't use the strap comfortably around my shoulder. I end up holding the bag in my hand which tends to get heavy. The strap needs to be about 2' longer. Worx should seriously consider lengthening the strap. I agree that it is a design flaw. The best thing about this tool is the switch to go from blowing to mulching. With one turn of the switch, it's done.

lightweight and usable

I bought this last month and am very pleased with this equipment. Very easy to use and not heavy at all. It does fast work after blowing leaves in pile. I even allow my 4 yr old grand nephew work with me on this. It is a struggle for him but he can do it!!!!! Excellent purchase on my part....
