I’ve had my blower about 1 month and love it. There was only one problem and that is the vaccinia bag strap was too short. So I got some more strap,cut the original strap and sewed in the new one. It now works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Does a good job of blowing leaves into a pile and then vacuums them up and mulching them. Saves a lot of raking. Only draw back is shoulder strap for bag

Wonderful design concept, lacks critical features

I am impressed with the 3-way features. I have been an R&D Mechatronics design engineer for 35 years. That is my background with portions of this review/critque. I am only 5' 9" tall & the shoulder strap is too short for me. I saw this in a previous review, before my purchase. The single handle is insufficient. I attached a second rear handle to assist with guiding the suction head properly. This helped to target the desired location more precisely. I purchased this yard tool primarily because I wanted something to mulch our fall oak tree leaves. It was somewhat disruptive to hear the acorns making impact with the impeller. It was not intentional? Any ideas? I don't like to see people bagging the leaves if possible. It is a waste natural lawn nutrients. I like the size of the mulched particulates. It would be helpful to have a limited length plastic plunger to clear jammed leaves/debris with the vacuum/mulcher. It gets jammed even with dried/desiccated leaves. The plunger would not be long enough to make contact with the metal impeller. It would be helpful to have some icon on the side to know the difference on the vacuum versus blower switch modes. There is room for improvement.

I just got my blower yesterday Dec 3 2017, was excited to use product after seeing videos. Very disappointed in the blower, worst electric blower I have had, no power. Vacuum does work pretty good and that is way i will keep product plus it is very easy to handle and very easy to carry. Would not recommend to someone who wants a powerful blower.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
