I bought this but the only thing I don't like is that the strap on the bag is to short to put it on like the picture on website!

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it a couple of times. Very strong blower. Took half the time of raking. Did a nice job of mulching the leaves although it had some difficulty with the walnut leaf stems. They are about 9" long and clog the end of the tube. Once I pushed them in, the vac sucked them right up and mulched them. Didn't have this problem with the maple and oak in the front yard. My only complaint is the shoulder strap is not long enough to hold the blower/vac at a comfortable level. I ended up wrapping the strap around the blower handle which gets a bit heavy as the bag fills up. Next year I will get universal collection that fits over a trash can.

Not perfect, but does the job well

I've had this for a few years now and felt I could now write a review. I use this mainly in the fall for leaf collection and here's what I have found.
First, the unit is well made and does have a little weight to it. A shoulder strap is included on the collection bag but not on the blower so it gets heavy after extended use. It splits in the middle, so it's easy to clean it out if you accidentally pick up something that gets stuck in the impeller. It could be made a little longer or adjustable as I find myself having to bend slightly during use to get to the ground level (I'm only 5'9").
As a blower, the unit falls a little short; It works but could use a little more power/flow. It works fine for blowing off a sidewalk or small tasks.
The vacuum feature works very well. I use it with the collection system that puts the leaves right in a trash can. It mulches the leaves and small twigs well and allows for heavier packed bags, less waste. I have picked up small stones and large pieces of mulch that will not pass through. This would damage many plastic impellers but the metal impeller of this one has held up very well.
Overall, I would recommend one of these for the collection feature. I still use a gas-powered blower to move the leaves around but i have a lot of leaves to move. It holds up well, mulches the leaves and is a good value for the features, but does have room for some improvement.

IPURCHASED THIS SO IT. WOULD GATHER ALL THE LEAVES IN MY YARD I HAVE TWO MAGNOLIA AND THE LEAVES KEPT GETTING STUCK ON THE FRONT OF THE VAC IT TOOK ME TWICE THE TIME TO CLEAR UP A SMALL PART OF THE YARD I GAVE UP AND RAKED THE LEAVES., I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED I ALSIO TRIED THE BLOWER AND THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING MY BATTER OPERATED BLOWER FROM WORKX DOES A BETTER JOB
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this machine on 10-30-17 and used it for the first time today. With our house facing north and attached garage facing east, the swirling winds manage to deposit leaves continuously in front of our front steps in the fall. Not many but enough to sweep or rake them everyday off the steps and driveway. With the garage door open while raking or sweeping, the wind always manages to blow the leaves into the garage. Well, today, with the Trivac in the vacuum mode, I started in the garage and worked my way out onto the driveway and finished up on the steps.The complete job took about 15 minutes! No bending over to pick up a pile of leaves, only to have them blow around in the process of dumping them in the trash can with a rake! Emptying the bag was quick and simple. One drawback that I read about in a review before I purchased, I have to agree with. The tube system should be another 6 inches long or some type of adjustable length system for customers of various heights. I'm 5' 10" and yet I could not stand up straight and use the Trivac. I had to hunch over a tad which caused some fatigue. No much but enough to notice. I would be more than happy to test a prototype adjustable tube system for Worx if they decide to come up with one. I would suggest a sliding tube system much like those used for fishing rod carriers that can be adjusted from 5' to almost 7'6" rod lengths Overall, the Trivac did an excellent job!

The trivac, power washer, and work tables are all well made quality products that are hard to find. Priced amazingly reasonable and engineered with common sense and so well thought out that they actually cut down work time. Really impressed with this company and their products. Very easy to use for anyone. I have physical restrictions and these products allow me the freedom to do the same outdoor work as everyone else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice mulcher

Purchased several weeks ago, just in time for leaves to fall! Good job picking up leaves for the price and nice mulch product. Combined with container attachment to get more volume. Used my mower to mulch leaves in driveway, while doing yard; picks up what's left over with ease.
