Super tool

I love it. It makes my job do much easier. I have a lot of flower beds because growing grass is hard. So this product is perfect for me.

Underpowered

Has many good features, but takes twice as long as my old Black & Decker leaf vac to suck up leaves. Either it is under-powered or the bend in the suction tube limits the suction power.

Not powerful enough

I bought this because I have such a large tree in my yard with a ton of leaves. I was excited to use the mulching feature but was disappointed at the amount of time it took and the lack of power. I plan to return this item. I ended up raking and picking up the leaves by hand.

A very handy tool to have

This tool was a big help in cleaning up the yard. I really wish the velocity dialed up to at least 10 for maximum suction and blowing. But over all, with a little more time, I was still able to get the job done alone.

Do I like it, yes. Do I love it, no. It's heavier then I thought. The on/off switch is hard to do. It does not have the power I expected. The angle I will have to get use to. There is no where to gripe it in the back.

Extremely disappointed

I bought two trivacs at the same time and upon use of only one of them I found raking to be faster and less hassle. The end of the vacuum stayed clogged and it was not at all what I anticipated. I threw the box away before I used it so I guess I will not be entitled to my refund even though I am within the 30 days time period. Just feel very dissatisfied all the way around.

First time I attempted to use it it burned out very dissatisfied especially since I recommended it to a friend that also purchased one. I was sent a replacement which I haven't tried yet due to winter weather I purchased it because I have the weed eater that is the best product I have ever purchased
