Strong Vacuum,

I bought the unit and used it for the first time, The Strap is very short, I am 6'1". The Vacuum worked great, had some small bark and it was a bit noisy for a minute, but chewed it all up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bought this item and used only the blower so far but after 10 minutes of using it it sure does get heavy and I can only fear when i'll use the mulching system as the added weight should be fun! and yes that was a dig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. For this tool you also have the option of using the LeafPro system which will connect the tool directly to a trashcan, that way you can mulch the leaves with out having hold the weight of the bag. https://www.worx.com/accessories/blowers/leafpro-universal-collection-system-wa4054-2.html .

Heavy weight both in performance and weight

Machine works quite well on hard surfaces, only minor negative point is weight. If you do not use the bag, then there is no shoulder harness to help carry the load and will getting good after awhile. Suggest some way to attach shoulder strap when not using the collection bag. Metal impeller definite major plus, should give long life to the machine.
When using with leaf collection system ( hose connection to can) combination of trailing hose and electrical cord a bit cumbersome, but worth it compared to carrying full leaf bag and machine with multiple emptyings.

Pretty good but

It's a very good blower and vacuum with two exceptions.
1. it can get a bit heavy in the hands when working on a lot of leaves like I have. So I can understand the desire for a back pack. The strap on the bag helps, but it still gets heavy after a while; even more difficult for my son that likes to help.
2. The bag wears out. This is a huge issue because I have been looking for a week and cannot find a replacement. I understand it wearing out. I don't understand why it is not available. The OTHER bag is available, but will not fit the WG509.

Bag fell apart after fourth use.

The bag for the product developed a hole where it attaches to the plastic connector. I tried to find the part number to order parts (new bag and impeller). Apparently there are no parts support for this product. I registered the product, but when I tried to open my account I was kicked out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I tried the vacuum, but the diameter of the suction in not big enough to pickup a magnolia tree leaves. Blower is fine.
