Bought it 2 weeks ago. Got the metal mulching blade glad I did. It spreads leaves an small sticks.

Easy to get started

my boss refered me to this product - very easy to put together and get started at this time i have only used the vaccum/mulching part with the bag. it was okay but i expected more power after wtaching the infomercial

Works almost as good as advertised

Pros: Everything you would expect.
Cons: Arm strap is too short for people 5' 10" or taller. Does not work well on longer hedge trimmings (mulching device will clog)

Purchased the trivac to help with leaves stuck in between bushes. It works well. Blower is strong enough to clear sticks and debris from the walk and driveway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best used for small projects

I bought this recently because I was overwhelmed with leaves and was looking at at least 50 bags of leaves to get the yard cleaned up. The device works well and as advertised, but cannot handle large piles of raked leaves. If the leaves are wet at all it is not powerful enough. If the leaves are combined with twigs and debris that are bigger than the intake opening, it doesn't work well. I envisioned walking up to a pile of leaves I had raked and working my way through it to not only get the leaves in the bag, but also to reduce the volume. It does work for this, but by the time I use the tool to get through the pile I could have filled 20 bags manually. It would be messy and anoying, but soooo much faster. It would take me weeks to force feed all the leaves through this machine. So, it is a good machine for small yards and light work, but nothing substantial.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought is in June after buying the Aerocart which I really like. I thought this would be a great buy for cleaning the gutters and it was. Abit more air power would have been great but because the junk in the gutters had been there for awhile made it alittle more work so I used a long garden stake to pop up the matted down leaves and other junk. Doing that worked great. Not the blower problem problem but just being matted down.
Worked great after loosening up the matted leaves. Did a great job and got my gutters clean. Haven't vacuum yes but I am really happy with it so far. It's a big machine as far as weight but hey have to give alittle to get alot. I'm Happy!

Not for heavy seeds

Bought this thing because I have 2 trees that drop a lot of seed pods and thought this would be perfect for vacuuming and mulching them up. Nope. Took me 4 hrs to do not even a driveway sized area of vac and mulch.
Good for small dry leaves but that's it. Waste of money buy something more powerful if you intend to use it to pick up heavy seed pods or twigs.

POOR seal on bag attachment point to blower

There is not a seal on the attachment point for bag or hose, loose connection. Sucked up material will blows passed the connect putting what you sucked up all over you. Poor quality at this point. Second : suction is not as seen on TV , Third: bag does not have a long enough strap for me and I am not a tall person. Forth: the blower is not as strong as seen on TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
