I have used the WORX Tri-Vac system for over 10 years without fail. From spring cleanup through fall leaf collection time I always pull out the Tri-Vac, When I added the leaf collection system it made my fall time chores much easier. Just suck 'em up straight into my trash cans and the leaf piles disappear. Great product at a very reasonable price.

Works great. Only complaint is the position of the vac is a little off balance for a tall guy. A tube extension would allow user to adjust the shoulder strap to distribute weight better. As it is, an old guy like me gets alittle tired reaching out and supporting the weight for a long period of time.

I just received it and have only used once, but it works very well as a blower and vacuum. one review I read said be prepared for a lot of dust when mulching, I didn't find that to be true. when emptying bag yes it is very dusty. its a little bulky and bag strap could be longer. I used my gulf bag strap and that fixed the problem. overall it works very well.

I bought this a month ago, so I could not try it with the snow, but today was warm, so I unboxed my tool, and out I went to try it out. It's AWESOME! I can now blow the leaves off my bushes, and then vacuum up what is stuck inside the bush! Not only that, but it mulches as it goes into the bag that actually hangs on your shoulder. This bag actually holds a lot of mulch too. I can't wait to get out there on a "non" windy day, and do my clean up. Thank you Worx, You made my day a lot easier, I bet the rest of your equiptment is a joy to work with also.

I bought this a month ago and it is great for cleaning up the yard. We bought it mostly for pesky leaves that would get stuck in our rock beds. This allows us to easily clean and mulch them up.

I think that I expected more. I find this blower vac bulky to handle and mulching is definitely not what I expected. It seems that leaves have to be very loose, to flying away in order for the unit to adequately vacuum and mulch

I bought the WorX WG500 in September 2015. An excellent tool as I have already worn out the leaf bag. I liked it so muych that I upgraded to the blower mulcher with the metal blades WG509 and the attachment for the trash can so I would not have to empty bag as often,. The only complaint is the hose slips off the blower if you are not very careful and hold it in place.
