A lot of our customers are unaware that we as Worx Customer Care Specialists are customers and owners of these products as well. I am a proud owner of a Worx Trivac. I must admit, at first, I was a bit skeptic of utilizing a garden tool that required an extension cord, but mixing gas with oil and not to mention priming, are things of the past. I took an interest in this 3 n 1 tool to help with the upkeep of my mother's property. She is no longer overwhelmed with a blanket of maroon colored leaves that sheds from her White Oak Tree.
I bought it to do the yard work and with all of the accessories for the aerocart the uses for the aerocart is endless and with the snow blade it makes it the perfect cart for any job outside you want to do
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Trivac several weeks ago. it was a easy putting the three pieces together in less than 60 seconds. They literally snap together. I have used both, the vacuum/mulcher and the blower almost every day since the Trivac was delivered (3 days early, I might add) to me. The blower has nice power and swapping between the blower and the vac/mulcher is literally as easy as twisting a small handle. So far the all metal impeller has working as advertised and the collection bag is nicely made from a heavy and durable material. The zipper is large and strong. It would be nice to see the vacuum have a bit more suction but I suspect the vacuum is set with a little less power to keep from sucking up things other than leaves (I.E. small sticks, Gum Tree balls, small pine cones, etc...). Aside from this one slight issue I couldn't be more pleased with this product and will definitely consider other Worx products in the future.
In our part of Texas we have live oak. These trees part with their leafs almost year round. The results are leafs are on walks and porches. The sweeping of leafs only give you piles of leafs. With the Multi-Stage All Metal Mulching System it has made keeping the lawn and porches need very simple.
My other yard vacuum quit so I thought I would give Worx a try. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. It did a good job with my oak leaves. The steel impeller is great, so much better than brand x.
I bought this a month or so ago, and it has become one of the most used tools I have. Works great for my patio, which collects all the leaves from the huge oak standing over it. Before I would have to blow then in piles, (until the wind scattered them again), pick them up and bag them, then blow the remainder off. Now I just flip a control knob, blow them together, flip it again and vacuum. Love it!! Keep up the good WORX..
I have used the WORX Tri-Vac system for over 10 years without fail. From spring cleanup through fall leaf collection time I always pull out the Tri-Vac, When I added the leaf collection system it made my fall time chores much easier. Just suck 'em up straight into my trash cans and the leaf piles disappear. Great product at a very reasonable price.
Works great. Only complaint is the position of the vac is a little off balance for a tall guy. A tube extension would allow user to adjust the shoulder strap to distribute weight better. As it is, an old guy like me gets alittle tired reaching out and supporting the weight for a long period of time.
