i received it for xmas an try it out i'm very happy with it just trying to figure out how to undo it if it plugs up the instruction don't show it plus still trying to figure out how to work the number 2 on the diagram an what it for

I bought this a month ago to pick up leaves and debris around the outside of house. I can also blow the leaves with the flip of a lever. I thought so much of it I bought one for my daughter in Las Vegas. It makes quick work of cleaning up the yard. Compacts the leaves and debris at a ratio of 16 to 1. So what normally took filling 16 garbage bags it is down to one. It is so easy to remove the bag fro empting and reattaching.
The only thing I would like is a set of detachable rollers on back of pickup to help stabilize the closeness to the ground by just raising unit to vertical or lowering to an angle to the ground.

Bought this to replace gas powered blower that had to clean crab every year or sooner. This blower/mucher did just as good a job, if not better than the gas blower plus has the vacuum/mulching feature which I used much more than I thought I would and it worked as advertised. I will buy the collection system to vacuum directly into can.

I own 3 other Worx products and even though they are also the best this device does the job no other company could. I've tried to pick up small 1 inch pine needles under 3 pine trees for years where a shop vac was the best until I got this TriVac. Nothing else even compares with the job your vac can do and it's a time saver compared to the shop vac.
