I am 6ft 2 in. I had to crouch because the suction tube is not long enough to touch the ground . or tilt to one side to reach items to be sucked up. very uncomfortable. if you go slow and suck one or to leaves at a time it works well, but 5 to 7 leaves would clog and had to use opposite hand to shove them on thru. I am disappointed it unit. Iam sure you will improve it. also it was heavy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the most handy yard tool I have ever owned. Blow leaves into a pile then switch and vacuum. Really neat.
I bought this a month ago and have used it multiple times. It does a great job blowing the leaves and then quickly switches to mulching. The ability to quickly switch to mulching is very helpful.
I looked at several blower/vacs before choosing the Worx. I decided that I am done with gas and oil, have a battery powered blower, it's a little weak. This thing has a lot of power, whether blowing or vacuuming. Pulling an extension cord around is a little annoying at first. With the help of a cord reel, I worked that out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this just in time for fall clean-up. Sure glad I did. Lightweight and even with my severe arthritis, I was able to use it no problem.
I bought this about a month ago, works best when leaves are totally dry and on smaller piles. Larger and wetter piles tends to plug up the mulcher (needs a tool or easy access to unclog). be sure to tighten draw string on can - the force of the powerful air suction blowing into the can loves to blow the collector off the can. A little irritating trying to tie the collector onto a 55 gal can. I think spring loaded with a tie string to fit over the 55 gal garbage can would work great. Overall I think this is a great product.
I have enjoyed both the TRIVAC and the wheelbarrow. Both are well thought out as far as ease of use and appear to be very durable. I did purchase the leafpro that fits over a garbage can for the vacuum and tried it today. It held a lot of leaves and had good suction.
Bought this to pick up winter leaves. Worked great, but doesn't have the power of my gas blower. With an acre of property dragging around a cord doesn't work. It does easily switch from blower to vacuum. So I blow the leaves with the gas blower and pick them up with my word. Saves the back!
