Quiet battery powered chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very capable, easy to use, and best of all quiet battery powered chainsaw. I was very impressed with how much power this unit has as well as the chain sharpness/quality. The 4Ah batteries charge very quickly on the dual pack charger and last longer than expected. The first job I used the chainsaw on was about an hour of trimming on an Oak and Jacaranda and the power meter was still at 4/5 bars. The chain brake works as advertised and is easy to lock and unlock. The chain tensioner mechanism is very easy to use, remove, and reinstall if you have any issues with the chain coming lose. The weight of the saw feels very balanced even with the larger 4Ah batteries attached. This will be my go to for many cutting projects outside the house.

Easy to use!

I bought this for my husband as he is no longer strong enough to start his gas chainsaws. This makes it so easy for him to be able to work with our trees in the timber. Thankful for our Worx tools and their dependability and ease of use.

Can’t go wrong

This is a replacement for my electric chain saw and I’m happy that I decided to get a cordless one which makes my work so much easier. Next will be the cordless nail and staple gun would be another addition to my many Worx tools when it becomes available.

1st battery powered chain saw

With a background of gas chainsaws going into this purchase I was skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised and have been very happy. I get about an hour of cutting time, but not constant, with each full charge. 16 inch bar is really about 15 inches but adequate for my wood cutting and when sharp it cuts very well. I highly recommend this saw. I have several other Worx tools and all are very good.

I was able to cut up a while Rick of tree limbs using only the two batteries. Thank you Worx for making it easier for me.
