Love it never knew it do so much work

I bought a two weeks ago. Man it get the job done. First electric chainsaw. Love it. At first I was not to sure. Man it cuts threw wood like butter. I been test this bad boy. Once I cut first log. I was looking for more logs and dead wood to cut. I admit it. I got a little addicted haha. I love worx product. I been collecting. I would say genus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Valued Customer. One way to help alleviate the issue is to take the bar and chain off of the tool, then reassemble it to make sure it is tightly in place. After you place the bar and chain on the tool, pull the bar outwards (away from the motor) and then start twisting the auto tension knob. As you tighten the knob, lift the tip of the bar at a slight upwards angle.
Once fully tightened, let go of the bar and check the tension in the chain. Tipping the bar at an upward angle as you tighten it allows for added tension and typically resolves any issues with the chain popping off. I will also send you an email with additional troubleshooting steps, just in case, this does not solve it for you.

Bought this since my gas chainsaw was having troubles. This saw cut down two full size birch trees on a single charge. Had no problems cutting 18” logs, it went through like a warm knife on butter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Function & Flexibility Provide Power to Perform

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With spring upon us, we realized many of our trees felt the brundt of the winter storm here in Texas and needed to be removed. We chose the Nitro 40V Cordless Chainsaw because of the flexibility of not having a cord to hassle with as well as the convenience of the brushless motor that my husband says provides more power and run longer. He first took limbs off easily, and then sectioned off the trunk of two of our live oak trees that died. With each, the chain reacted smoothly and efficiently and the job was done in about two hours after eveything was hauled off. Leave it to WORX to provide yet another exceptional tool for home use!
